What is ST&L Music Ministries? Well, to be quite honest it is a new ministry in the early development stages. Based in Midland, Texas I will be looking to provide quality recoding services on-site or in-house for Christian musicians, and church singing groups.
I have studied music at various colleges and university for the accumulative time of seven years; as mentioned in my welcome page I just earned a degree in Music Ministry.
My areas of ability are in voice, guitar, Music Technology, Recording, and church sound. I have sung in Choirs from Middle school through College, more then ten years of singing. I am a tenor and enjoy singing harmonies while accompanying on guitar, or solos with a guitar. As a Christian song writter; my style tends to be Christian folk or Christian bluegrass.
I have been accumulating recording equipment for years and grew so fascinated with recording I studied it in college. I have the equipment and experience to produce professional quality recordings.
It might be awhile before I start recording services. However, depending on your needs, location, and schedule, it may be posable to help you or give you advice on a do-it-yourself session with your church sound system and a computer.
Meanwhile I’ll be recording myself and friends postings the songs on this website. Songs that will hopefully be a blessing and encouragement to those visiting. The music will be only original compositions or Hymns that are in the public domain, so as to not infringe on any copywrite laws.
I specialize in acoustic instruments and vocal recording, below is a list of my gear, right now I can record fourteen sources simultaneously, but can expand channel count in the future. Feel free to send me a message on my contacts page for any questions you may have.
